The Good Food Company West, Inc. was founded in 1984 by Patricia Breen, a former top producer for Merrill Lynch in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Patricia passed away with Lateral Sclerosis in 1993, leaving her two stores to her niece, Christina Teegarden, who pledged to always keep them in the family. Good Food Company sells only all natural, preservative and chemical free, and organic products.

The table at the left can help us remember the eight basic laws, or principles, that govern our health. Each of them are equally important and must not be neglected. In fact, "Disease is an effort of nature to free the system from conditions that result from a violation of the laws of health.... Pure air, sunlight, abstemiousness, rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of water, trust in divine power--these are the true remedies." Ministry of Healing p.127. Not one of these laws or "remedies" should be focused upon apart from the others. They all work together!
